The staff was incredible. they were very kind and extremely helpful. They have an awesome breakfast with eggs and bacon and sausage and waffles which is wonderful because I am diabetic and I had something there to eat and my husband loved the waffles. We had sent a note through the internet for a possible handicapped room and we got one which was extremely nice. The staff helped me each morning to get my husband out of the hotel and across the first road so we could walk to the convention center which was really beyond what Their job was but they were glad to do it. The room was very clean with the bathroom and the bed and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff at this hotel are unlike any I've ever experienced and I've traveled all over the world. They go above and beyond for you and they do it with a genuine smile. I wish I could take all of them and hire them for my company because they were that good. They were so kind and so accommodating. The location was Prime. The secure parking was even better. We just loved our experience here and I have to say it was because of the staff!

Great location - a block from downtown trolley and within walking distance to Beale Street. Easy freeway access.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,the location was near everything I wanted to see and the trolleys are fantastic 👌 very good breakfast start the day 😀 and again the staff from the check in to the cleaning crew and the cooking staff are excellent .Memphis is one of the friendliest towns I've ever visited.

The view from our 12th floor room was incredible, over the Mississippi and the bridges. The train rumbling by in the night just added to the atmosphere. Room was comfortable and large, everything worked pretty much, and the staff and other guests were all friendly. Car park was a really handy facility.
